  • Our 1-page Squarespace website starts at AUD 2,420, and a 5-page Squarespace website starts shy of AUD 5,000.

    After we’ve had a Zoom chat, I’ll provide a tailored solution based on your business needs and goals.

    Even if your site is already on Squarespace, redesigning and restructuring it properly is in most instances a full project. Think of it like a renovation, not a rearrangement.

  • The design and build process takes around 2 to 4 weeks.

    All content, including copy, images and any supporting materials, must be finalised before design begins. This keeps the project running smoothly and ensures the site is built with clarity and purpose.

    If you're not sure where to start, I’ll guide you through the content planning process and help you structure everything clearly. If you need extra support with writing or brand messaging, I can recommend trusted collaborators.

    The timeline also includes space for feedback and refinements, so we keep things moving without feeling rushed.

  • Your Squarespace subscription and domain registration are not included in my pricing. Squarespace automatically handles security updates and maintenance, and their customer support is excellent.

    I also provide custom training videos so you (or your team) can confidently update your site—meaning no ongoing retainer fees from me.

    And don’t worry about security—SSL certificates are included with all Squarespace plans, and I’ll make sure yours is properly installed before launch.

  • If you have a launch date in mind, reach out ASAP! I’m typically booked 6–8 weeks in advance, which gives you plenty of time to gather your content.

    If you need branding, copywriting, or photography services, keep in mind that your project can’t start until those elements are ready—so the sooner we chat, the better!

  • At a minimum, you’ll need:

    • Your visual brand assets (logos, fonts, colour palette)

    • Professional project photography and headshots &/or brand imagery

    • Website copy (I highly recommend hiring a pro for this!)

  • Absolutely! These are specialised skills, and I work closely with trusted professionals in each field. Depending on your style, needs, and budget, I’ll connect you with the right expert.

  • For a smooth project, here’s what I’ll need from you:

    • Your website content – including brand assets, professional photography, and website copy (I can connect you with experts if needed).

    • Timely feedback – I’ll guide you through the process, and keeping momentum helps us stay on track.

    • Openness to decision-making – I know it’s a big project, and I’ll support you in making confident choices that feel right for your business.

    • Making all project payments on time – This ensures we stay on schedule, within budget and can launch your website without delays.

  • Squarespace is SEO-friendly, but great SEO goes beyond just the platform.

    There are three key SEO roles:

    1. SEO copywriter – Writes keyword-optimised content in your brand’s voice

    2. SEO web designer (me!) – Ensures proper site structure, image optimisation, on-page SEO, mobile responsiveness, and other technical elements

    3. SEO strategist – Focuses on ongoing improvements like backlink building, local SEO, and analytics

    If ranking well on Google is a top priority, I highly recommend investing in professional SEO copywriting as part of your website project.

  • Yes! I make sure your site is easy to update, and I’ll provide custom training videos so you can confidently make changes. No tech overwhelm here.

  • Yes! If you're moving from Wix, WordPress, or another platform, I can help make the transition smooth, ensuring no lost content or SEO rankings.

  • You won’t be left hanging! After launch, you’ll get:

    • Custom training videos for easy updates

    • 30 days of email support for post-launch questions

    • The option for ongoing support if you ever need tweaks or updates
