Lighthouse Lane is a brand that offers handcrafted, handwoven pendant lights, each distinct in form, texture, silhouette, and quality. Founder Anna’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail set her business apart from mass-produced chains.
The Challenge Lighthouse Lane Faced
The original Shopify website, created a few years ago, didn’t align with the premium, unique nature of the brand. While the lights were distinctive, the site’s design didn’t do justice to their quality. While Anna had site traffic from paid ads and social media, the site lacked the “wow” factor she sought, and she knew her conversion rate was low. SEO Optimisation & Copy: Working with Shine Copy, SEO-friendly copy was used to communicate the unique selling points of the lights and align with the brand’s tone, increasing organic search traffic and helping conversions.
Educational Blog Posts: We recommended room-specific blog content that linked to related products, offering valuable information while driving traffic to the site.
Magazine-Style Design: The design aimed to resemble a Home Beautiful design magazine—sleek, visually appealing, and editorial in style, enhancing the brand’s premium image.
