EXAMPLE WEBSITE FOR A PSYCHOLOGIST
ANNA PECK PSYCHOLOGY
Overview
Anna Peck Psychology is the private practice of clinical psychologist Anna Peck, who brings over 14 years of experience to her deeply intuitive work. Known for her calm presence and powerful insight, Anna supports sensitive and creative clients to reconnect with their core identity and break free from limiting norms. She came to us with a clear vision to transform her business.
The Challenge Anna Faced
After stepping back from in-person practice and going fully online, Anna noticed a drop in referrals and a disconnect between her desired work and the types of clients reaching out. She had no web presence, no marketing in place, and no simple way for people to book with her directly. What she did have was clarity: on who she wanted to support, how she worked best, and the life she wanted to create, in and outside of work.
Anna needed a brand and website that would:
Gently attract aligned clients — introspective, creative, sensitive types
Automate bookings through Power Diary to reduce admin load
Lay the groundwork for a future online shop offering guided meditations

Like many experienced practitioners, Anna had never needed to market herself — until her practice shifted online. Without a website or cohesive brand, she was difficult to find and even harder to connect with meaningfully. She had a logo concept, a business name idea, and a lot of clarity about her ideal client, but didn’t know where or how to begin bringing it all together in a way that felt aligned and professional.

Anna found Feel Good Creative while browsing for web designers and instantly felt at home. She loved the vibrancy and personality of our website — it didn’t feel like every other studio, and she felt like we were speaking directly to her. Our honest, grounded advice during the first chat helped seal the deal. We suggested starting with a one-page website and investing in a strong, custom brand identity. A realloaction and more strategic use of the project budget would lay the foundations for attracting aligned clients and referrals long-term. She appreciated the clarity and directness of our approach.

Anna initially had a logo concept featuring the Tree of Life and a turquoise-heavy palette — meaningful to her, but common in her field and lacking accessibility. It also didn’t reflect her desire to stand out creatively or attract a more intuitive, introspective audience.
We recommended a different direction that would feel more personal, artistic and aligned. We introduced Anna to Candice at Design Salad, who created a bold, expressive brand identity filled with texture and symbolism. A standout feature: a stunning hand-illustrated Currawong, used to ground the brand in freedom, movement and transformation — all values that reflect Anna’s practice.
Copywriting was handled by Samantha at Copy Circle, who crafted expressive, values-led messaging to connect with Anna’s ideal client group — and gently turn away those who aren’t the right fit.
To complete the picture, Belinda Dorman captured Anna with her signature calm, emotive photography. Anna was nervous about the shoot, but Belinda made her feel at ease. The result is a set of authentic, grounding images that tie the whole site together beautifully.
When it came to the website design, we took clear cues from the tarot reference Anna shared — building a visual style that felt layered, intuitive and slightly mystical. This was a deliberate departure from the soft, clinical aesthetic common in psychology websites, and helped her stand out from other practitioners. We used bright background colours, bold black text and buttons, and repeating lined borders from the new brand design to echo the look and feel of a tarot deck. These choices were both aesthetic and strategic. They help signal Anna’s values from the first scroll, attract her ideal clients, and create a memorable, cohesive online presence.
Best part? Zero design revisions. 🙌

Most builder websites are stark, clunky and forgettable. Architect websites, on the other hand, are often visually stunning, but lean heavily on imagery, letting the work "speak for itself".
Allen Brothers Construction sits somewhere in between. As premium home builders who regularly collaborate with architects and designers, they needed a website that met that same creative calibre.
We approached the site with the same level of visual consideration you’d find in an architect’s portfolio, but with room to tell a fuller story — about the builds, yes, but also about the people, the process, and what sets ABC apart.
This project would not have been possible without ABC valuing (and investing in) custom quality photography. A big thank you to photographer, Jack Gibson!

Anna’s new brand and website are a bold and beautiful reflection of her practice — grounded in compassion, guided by intuition, and open to transformation. Every element, from colour to copy to photography, reflects her core values:
🌙 Freedom
🌙 Creativity
🌙 Self-inquiryHer website now acts as both filter and magnet: helping her do less of the work she doesn’t enjoy, and more of the work she’s deeply good at.
